Alce Nero balsamic vinegar of Modena I.G.P. is made with Italian grape must and produced by adding wine vinegar to the grape must, along with a certain quantity of balsamic vinegar that has been aged 10 years. The must comes exclusively from the following grape varieties: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiani, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, and Montuni. It was assigned the “Two Leaf” category with the silver label in the classification defined by the A.I.B (Assaggiatori Italiani Balsamico – Italian Balsamic Tasters). Characterised by medium viscosity, it’s perfect for salads, marinades, and barbecues.
