How to use: We recommend taking 2-4 teaspoons per day. Blend into your favourite shake or smoothie recipe, sprinkle onto cereal, porridge, yoghurt, fruit or wherever else your imagination takes you. It’s also delicious mixed with hot water and a slice of lemon or shaken into cold water.
As the baobab fruit is high in fibre, make it into a paste using a little liquid before topping up your glass/mug to remove lumps. Alternatively, shake together with water or juices in a bottle.
